Prost! A Toast to Oktoberfest by the York Symphony

Appell Center for the Performing Arts, 50 N. George St., York
Kick off your fall holiday season with an Oktoberfest celebration reminiscent of Germany and Austria with the music of Schubert, Mozart and Brahms. This program will feature the York Symphony Chorus and new concertmaster Denise Dillenbeck. 


Carole of the King Irish Dance Christmas Spectacular

Eichelberger Performing Arts Center, 195 Stock St., Hanover
Experience 20 of the world’s most skilled Irish dancers and musicians led by the former lead dancer from Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. This world-renowned Irish dance troupe performs lightning-fast, hard-shoe rhythms and graceful soft-shoe jigs to an epic orchestral soundtrack.

The Hip Nut Presented by Greater York Dance

The Hip Nut is a multicultural dance production to the story of the Nutcracker with a moral that announces “love wins.” Watch Clara jam to a contemporary music mashup of the Nutcracker story set in the present. The Hip Nut project serves to create a diverse, multicultural holiday production appealing to a wide audience.
