Meet the memory makers of extraordinary dining experiences at The Fig & Barrel Pub.

“The soul of Fig & Barrel is found in the kitchen,” head baker Emily Niedoba says. “Every component of every recipe is prepared with attention to detail.” “We are making everything from scratch every day and source local as much as possible,” head chef Timothy Siegle explains.

Indeed freshness is at the core of every scratch-made pizza, stock made from fire-roasted veal bones and charred Brussels sprouts prepared in the wood-fired oven. “The mission is to have our guests make new memories every time they visit,” he adds.

Head bartender Patrick Stoner agrees. “I feel truly lucky to be charged with curating our ever-growing whiskey list and pre-Prohibition–era cocktail menu.”

“Our owners [Nathan and Lisa Novak] are open to us being creative for our customers,” says front of house manager Tyler Zell. “We get the full spice of life, and having a staff that shares in camaraderie together is a big draw for us.”
