The full-service bar, restaurant and event venue opened earlier this year at the Range End Golf Course in Dillsburg.

Head chef and co-owner Jason Viscount, who founded the renowned Greystone Public House in Harrisburg, brings his talents of crafting fresh takes on contemporary, rustic American cuisine to Greystone Brew House’s menu. Sandwiches such as the Greystone Burger complement hearty entrees (served after 4:30 p.m.) such as Shrimp and Grits, Stout-Braised Short Ribs and Vegetarian Grain Bowl.

To complement your meal, try Greystone’s own A-Roundabout IPA and Dillston — a distinctive Irish Red Ale — or a Seasonal Sangria.

The on-site banquet space provides ample room for any special event you desire. Greystone’s event planners help each of their clients create customized menus specific to their tastes featuring scratch-made foods artfully presented.
