Baltimoreans at heart will feel at home in downtown York with a Crab Cake Hon, a dish combining colossal jumbo lump blue crab in a rich imperial sauce and broiled until it’s golden brown. The Crab-Stuffed Lobster with its jumbo lump crab cake snuggled inside a split cold-water lobster tail needs little more than a drizzling of drawn butter to coax out the sweet flavors of the sea.
