“We aim to work with and employ responsible and trustworthy people,” says property manager Seth J. Gropp. “We want to work with people who will pay their rents and take care of their rental properties, and we want to work with property owners who care about maintaining their properties as places to live.” He adds that Elite Property Management commits itself to working in all neighborhoods of York, not just the areas that have undergone or are currently witnessing revitalization.
“We work hard to balance tenant and owner needs and like to think we succeed most of the time. One of our main goals is to provide housing to people from all walks of life at prices that they can afford while allowing the owner a reasonable rate of return,” says Sebastian Besting, Elite’s financial controller.
Gropp emphasizes that the individuals who make up the Elite team of professionals live in the communities in which they work. “It’s a necessity for our business,” he says. They are the personalities that make property management personal.
