Culinary Creator Elevates York City Hospitality
Two well-recognized hospitality leaders have partnered to enhance the York City dining scene: White Rose Restaurant Group and Chef David Albright.
In September, Chef David Albright joined the Rockfish Public House and Valencia Ballroom leadership team as culinary director and co-owner. As managing partner, Albright will contribute to projects designed to enhance the hospitality experiences at Rockfish Public House and the Valencia Ballroom, both located along North George Street in downtown York.
White Rose Restaurant Group is the owner of White Rose Bar & Grill, Rockfish Public House and White Rose at Bridgewater.

Growing up in Massachusetts, Albright recalls his New England hometown and its influences on his passion for preparing and serving seafood. He says he looks forward to working with the Rockfish team to offer guests incomparable experiences with the freshest, finest seafood.
Steps away from Rockfish Public House on North George Street, the historic Valencia Ballroom stands as an enduring symbol of the Big Band era. Managed today by White Rose Restaurant Group, the Valencia Ballroom offers dynamic potential as a premier special events space in York.
