Evolution Power Yoga aims to bring the practice of yoga to everyone and recognizes that in our ever-evolving community, an in-studio practice is not always possible. They are working to bridge this gap, create ease in maintaining a home-practice, and build community through virtual connection by offering online live classes at evolutionpoweryoga.com and on-demand content via Evolution GO. Both platforms give users access to an online studio with classes led by world-class instructors, as well as on-demand content streamable to Android, iOs, Mac, or PC devices.
Live yoga classes are offered every day of the week and consist of 60-90 minute vinyasa and restorative flows. These classes are included in all Evolution Power Yoga class packages or can be purchased as single classes. Register for class by visiting evolutionpoweryoga.com.
Evolution GO is a monthly, on-demand subscription service for anyone who isn’t comfortable practicing in a studio, students who wish they could get to the studio more often, and those who want to deepen their yoga practice through the addition of an at-home practice. Pick the focus, play the content, and begin.
The subscription gives full access to videos and demonstrations from Evolution’s experienced instructors, and features content from the three practices and techniques of Baptiste yoga: asana (the physical practice), inquiry, and meditation. The videos feature content that includes the following topics and more:
• Individual poses and sequences
• Meditation-only videos to begin or deepen a current practice
• Baptiste yoga classes and methodology
• Skillwork
• Specialized classes including chair yoga, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and beginner videos
• Bonus content, such as pose breakdowns for the full Journey Into Power yoga sequence
